I discovered Yoga in my mid 20’s. This inculded following a strict discipline that was phenomenal in developing strength and flexibility I never thought was possible…not to mention the clarity and stillness that ensued for the mind.
Later on I combined the 20 years of experience in Yoga with mobility specific moves for joints and active stretching. The logical sequencing of movements I created are extremely effective in ridding the body of pain and discomfort.
My body now in my 40’s looks and feels better than in my 20’s, as I’m often told. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s important to be able to move and move well. Consistency with simple moves will help you prevent injuries and gain better range of motion. I will teach you how to recruit the appropriate muscles to achieve overall balance and function.
